If your desired check-in date is more than 91 days from now we can book the permit on your behalf.
How it works: camping permits are made available 90 days in advance on camping.ehawaii.gov every night at 12 AM HST. Many people around the world will be competing with you to book their permit for that date. For the busiest times, we are talking about hundreds of people disputing for only about 20 available spots. This is definitely something doable for you to do it on your own, so we highly encourage you to at least try for a couple of nights. However, if you are tired of trying and failing or simply don't want to deal with the hassle at all, we can book the permit on your behalf.
The prices being displayed do not include the permit costs:
- The prices you are seeing are mainly for our service fees, which is $75 USD per hiker
- We'll use your credit card to place the order with camping.ehawaii.gov . This will be charged only on the day of the booking of your permit. The expected permit costs from camping.ehawaii.gov is $35 USD per hiker, per night, plus a 10% transaction fee. Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Once your order is placed, we'll reach out via email (the one you used on the checkout page) to request all required information for the booking process (like all hikers in your party, emergency contact, etc.)
If your desired check-in date is in the next 90 days you can order our monitoring service to send you alerts when your target dates become available.
Keep in mind that the booking system of camping.ehawaii.gov operates on a first-come first-serve basis and there are people around the world trying to get their permit, so we cannot 100% guarantee that we'll be able to book your permit. If we are not able to successfully complete the booking on your behalf, we'll refund you the full amount charged for our services, on top of that we'll give you a free monitoring service for the given desired dates.

DISCLAIMER 2: we only book one customer per day, so if someone else already placed an order before you on the same check-in date we'll have to cancel your order. More details here in our FAQ where we expand about fairness and other topics.
DISCLAIMER 3: no refund on cancellations after the permit is successfully purchased on camping.ehawaii.gov. The permit will be available in your own profile on camping.ehawaii.gov. We'll also not refund our fee in case your credit card gets declined during the booking process.
